Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (8-oz) carton chive-onion cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Coarsely crumble bacon.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; cook in hot drippings over medium heat until done. Toss with ½ cup wing sauce.
  3. Unroll pizza dough on a large baking sheet, pressing dough to edges. Spread cream cheese mixture on dough. Top with chicken, bacon, celery, onion, and mozzarella.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned and crisp. Drizzle with additional wing sauce, and serve with Ranch dressing.
