Lemon-Grilled Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2½ lb bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken thighs; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary mixture. Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to blend.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place chicken on a grill rack rubbed with oil.
- Grill, covered, 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
