Lemon-Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2½ lb bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken thighs; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary mixture. Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to blend.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place chicken on a grill rack rubbed with oil.
  4. Grill, covered, 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
