BLT Hot Dog Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 8 beef hot dogs
  • ¼ cup whole-grain mustard
  • ¾ cup chopped tomato
  • ½ cup finely shredded romaine lettuce
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
  2. Cut a lengthwise slit down center of each hot dog, cutting to but not through other side. Cook hot dogs in large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until well browned all over.
  3. Fill hot dogs with mustard, bacon, tomato, and shredded lettuce.
  4. Place hot dogs in lettuce leaves, and roll-up to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 20 baby carrots

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Mix together dressing, mashed avocado, and lemon juice.
  2. Serve with baby carrots.
