BLT Hot Dog Wraps
Baby Carrots with Avocado Ranch
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 beef hot dogs
- ¼ cup whole-grain mustard
- ¾ cup chopped tomato
- ½ cup finely shredded romaine lettuce
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
- Cut a lengthwise slit down center of each hot dog, cutting to but not through other side. Cook hot dogs in large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until well browned all over.
- Fill hot dogs with mustard, bacon, tomato, and shredded lettuce.
- Place hot dogs in lettuce leaves, and roll-up to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 avocado, mashed
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 20 baby carrots
Side Dish Instructions
- Mix together dressing, mashed avocado, and lemon juice.
- Serve with baby carrots.
