Turkey Club Wraps
Creamy Broccoli-Kale SlawIngredients
- 12 slices center cut bacon
- 1 lb sliced turkey breast
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives
- 6 (0.6-oz) slices Swiss cheese
- 6 Tbsp Ranch dressing
- 6 soft taco-size low-carb tortillas (such as Mission)
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet until crisp. Drain; crumble bacon.
- Divide bacon, turkey, olives, cheese, and dressing among 6 tortillas; roll up.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- ⅓ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine slaw, kale, and grapes in a bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and salt. Pour over slaw mixture; toss.
