White Chicken Pizza
Salad with Apple and CranberriesIngredients
- 1 (15-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F. Roll out pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet.
- Combine ¾ cup mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, oil, garlic, 2 tsp thyme, and pepper in a bowl. Spread cheese mixture on dough. Top with chicken; sprinkle with ¼ cup mozzarella.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with 1 tsp thyme and, if desired, red pepper.

- 2 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- ⅓ cup refrigerated Champagne vinaigrette
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
