Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

- 10 slices bacon
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll dough, and press into a lightly greased, large rimmed baking sheet; bake 5 minutes. Spread teriyaki sauce over crust. Top with chicken, bacon, and cheeses.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Cut into squares.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz) pkg chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- ½ cup sliced almonds (or use other favorite nuts)
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Crush ramen noodles while still in the package. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles. Add slaw, nuts, and ramen noodles. Chill until ready to serve.
