Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll dough, and press into a lightly greased, large rimmed baking sheet; bake 5 minutes. Spread teriyaki sauce over crust. Top with chicken, bacon, and cheeses.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Cut into squares.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (3-oz) pkg chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • ½ cup sliced almonds (or use other favorite nuts)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Crush ramen noodles while still in the package. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles. Add slaw, nuts, and ramen noodles. Chill until ready to serve.
