Ingredients

  • 1 (1½-lb) wild-caught salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Place fish on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper; divide between 2 bowls. Brush one portion of honey mixture over fish.
  2. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Arrange beans around fish.
  3. Broil 5 minutes; brush remaining portion of honey mixture on fish. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Cut fish into 6 portions. Serve with beans.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) box couscous
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare couscous according to package directions; fluff with a fork. Stir in parsley, lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste.
