Salsa-Ranch Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated salsa
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook corn according to package directions; let cool.
  2. Stir together dressing and salsa.
  3. Combine beans, chicken, corn, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce; drizzle with dressing, and toss to coat.
