- 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 (14-oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 12 pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ⅔ cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Combine lettuce, chicken, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and onion in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing; toss.
