Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (14-oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅔ cup Greek vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
