Butter Chicken Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen butternut squash spirals (such as Green Giant)
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 (15-oz) jar butter chicken simmer sauce (such as Patak’s)
- 3 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook squash according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until done. Reduce heat to low; stir in sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Pour saucy chicken over squash. Top with yogurt, and sprinkle with cilantro.
