Lettuce-Wrapped Bacon Dogs

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 beef hot dogs
- ¼ cup whole-grain mustard
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Cut a lengthwise slit down center of each hot dog, cutting to but not through other side.
- Cook hot dogs in drippings in skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until well browned all over.
- Fill hot dogs with mustard, bacon, and tomato. Place hot dogs in lettuce leaves, and roll up to serve.
