Broccoli and Bacon Mashed Potato Pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (24-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 crown broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
  2. Meanwhile, unroll dough onto a large rimmed baking sheet or pizza pan. Prick all over with a fork; bake 7 minutes or until crust is beginning to brown.
  3. Heat potatoes according to package directions; spread over partially baked crust. Top with onion, broccoli, cheese, and bacon.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Drizzle dressing on pizza.
