Cuban Sandwiches
Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- ½ (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- ½ lb thin deli-sliced roasted pork
- ½ lb thin deli-sliced ham
- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ (8-oz) pkg sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on cut sides of bread. Top bottom half of loaf with pork, ham, pickles, coleslaw, and cheese; cover with bread top. Wrap sandwich in foil.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Slice to serve.
