Asian Sweet Heat Boneless WIngs
Ingredients
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen popcorn chicken
- 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple
- ½ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp apple-cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Fry or bake popcorn chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine crushed pineapple and all remaining ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add chicken; toss.
