Vegetarian Black Bean and Avocado Tacos

Ingredients
- 3 (15-oz) cans no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup picante sauce, divided
- 1½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 3 avocados, cubed
- ¾ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into 6 wedges
Instructions
- Combine beans, ¼ cup picante sauce, paprika, and cumin in a microwavable bowl.
- Cover and microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring once. Mash beans to desired consistency with a potato masher.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill tortillas with bean mixture, lettuce, ¾ cup picante sauce, avocado, sour cream, and onions.
- Serve with lime wedges.
