Barbecue-Bacon Sliders
Memphis-Style Slaw and Baked BeansIngredients
- 6 slices bacon
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 slices Cheddar cheese
- ½ (12-count) pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls, split and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut strips of bacon in half crosswise. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, stir together beef and seasoning. Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers. Brush with barbecue sauce, and grill 1 minute longer.
- Cut cheese slices to fit patties, and top each patty with 1 slice cheese.
- Spread desired amount of barbecue sauce on rolls. Serve patties on rolls with bacon, and, if desired, Memphis-Style Slaw recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 (15-oz) can baked beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and mustard in a large bowl; add coleslaw. Toss.
- Heat beans according to directions on can.
