Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza
Apples with Honey-Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg thin-and-crispy pizza crusts
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
- 1 (5-oz) container shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crusts on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Stir together dressing and mustard; spread a thin layer over each crust. Sprinkle 1½ cups mozzarella over each crust.
- Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.
