Taco Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10-oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 4 oz thin spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning, drained tomatoes, and water; stir.
  3. Add spaghetti; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Top with sour cream.

  • 2 (4-oz) cups mandarin oranges in juice, chilled
