Taco Spaghetti
Chilled Mandarin OrangesIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10-oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 1¼ cups water
- 4 oz thin spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
- Add taco seasoning, drained tomatoes, and water; stir.
- Add spaghetti; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with sour cream.
