Buffalo Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ⅓ cup buffalo hot sauce 
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 head butter lettuce, separated into leaves
  • 3 avocados, thinly sliced
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
  • ¾ cup refrigerated Ranch dressing 

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp; crumble bacon.
  2. Toss chicken with hot sauce and vinegar.
  3. Arrange lettuce, chicken, avocado, eggs, cheese, and bacon on plates; drizzle with dressing.
