Blackberry-White Chocolate S'mores

Ingredients

  • 24 whole graham crackers
  • 3 (4-oz) white chocolate bars
  • 1 (10-oz) jar blackberry jam
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Break graham crackers in half to make 48 squares. Break white chocolate into 24 pieces.
  2. Place 1 piece white chocolate on each of 24 squares; spread about 1 Tbsp jam on remaining 24 squares.
  3. Toast marshmallows over a fire pit using a kitchen torch, or spread marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and broil in oven until toasted, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  4. Watch marshmallows closely under the broiler to prevent burning.
  5. For each s'more, place toasted marshmallow over white chocolate, and sandwich it with a blackberry graham cracker.
  6. Makes 24 servings.
