Blackberry-White Chocolate S'mores
Ingredients
- 24 whole graham crackers
- 3 (4-oz) white chocolate bars
- 1 (10-oz) jar blackberry jam
- 1 (10-oz) pkg marshmallows
Instructions
- Break graham crackers in half to make 48 squares. Break white chocolate into 24 pieces.
- Place 1 piece white chocolate on each of 24 squares; spread about 1 Tbsp jam on remaining 24 squares.
- Toast marshmallows over a fire pit using a kitchen torch, or spread marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and broil in oven until toasted, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Watch marshmallows closely under the broiler to prevent burning.
- For each s'more, place toasted marshmallow over white chocolate, and sandwich it with a blackberry graham cracker.
- Makes 24 servings.
