Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Sweet and Tangy Slaw and Potato ChipsIngredients
- ½ (25-oz) pkg frozen Tyson chicken tenders
- 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 hamburger buns, split
- ½ (16-oz) jar dill pickle chips
Instructions
- Bake chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together wing sauce and honey; spread about 1 Tbsp sauce mixture over bottom buns. Serve chicken on buns with cheese, additional sauce, pickles, and desired amount of Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw recipe.

- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together honey, oil, vinegar, mustard, thyme, and salt to taste in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and parsley; toss.
- Serve chips with sandwiches.
