Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • ½ (25-oz) pkg frozen Tyson chicken tenders
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 hamburger buns, split
  • ½ (16-oz) jar dill pickle chips

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together wing sauce and honey; spread about 1 Tbsp sauce mixture over bottom buns. Serve chicken on buns with cheese, additional sauce, pickles, and desired amount of Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw recipe.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, oil, vinegar, mustard, thyme, and salt to taste in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and parsley; toss.
  2. Serve chips with sandwiches.
