Lemon-Garlic Green Beans and Multigrain Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • Fresh parsley sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut one lemon half into 2 slices. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle fish with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Top with lemon slices.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from remaining lemon half. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add capers, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle over fish. Garnish with parsley.

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg green beans
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest

  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place rolls on a small baking sheet. Toss together beans, garlic, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake rolls and green beans 10 minutes. Remove rolls from oven. Bake beans 2 to 4 minutes longer or until tender. Toss beans with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
