Lemon-Caper Grouper
Lemon-Garlic Green Beans and Multigrain RollsIngredients
- 1 lemon, halved
- 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp capers
- Fresh parsley sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut one lemon half into 2 slices. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle fish with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Top with lemon slices.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from remaining lemon half. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add capers, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle over fish. Garnish with parsley.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg green beans
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp lemon zest

- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place rolls on a small baking sheet. Toss together beans, garlic, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake rolls and green beans 10 minutes. Remove rolls from oven. Bake beans 2 to 4 minutes longer or until tender. Toss beans with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
