Crunchy Taco Burgers
Taco FriesIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp taco sauce
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ½ (8-oz) pkg sliced pepper-Jack cheese
- ½ (8-oz) container refrigerated guacamole
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ (11-oz) pkg nacho cheese tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, taco sauce, and seasoning mix; shape mixture into 2 large patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink. Top each patty with cheese, and let stand 1 minute until melted.
- Meanwhile, stir together guacamole and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and desired amount of chips.

- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen crinkle-cut French fries
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions until crispy. Toss with oil, and sprinkle with taco seasoning; toss.
