BLT Steak Salad with Creamy Dressing
Garlic-Oregano Bread and Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped leafy romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 4 slices fully-cooked bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup refrigerated Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Rub steak with seasoning; cook in hot oil in a cast-iron skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let steak rest 5 minutes; cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and cheese in a serving bowl. Top with steak; drizzle with dressing.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ (16-oz) French baguette
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine butter, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl; cut bread in half lengthwise and spread butter mixture over cut sides of bread.
- Broil bread just until toasted; slice.
