Creamy Corkscew Pasta with Ham
Toasted Garlic-Rosemary Bread
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg corkscrew pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (16-oz) pkg chopped cooked ham
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain.
- Heat Alfredo sauce and cream in pasta pot; stir in hot cooked pasta with peas, ham, red pepper, and salt. Divde mixture among 6 plates. Sprinkle with cheese.

- 1 (16-oz) loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Stir together garlic, olive oil, and rosemary; spread over cut sides of bread . Broil until toasted.
