Thai Chili Salmon
Crunchy Ramen Noodle Slaw with OrangesIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Place fillets, skin side down, on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
- Stir together chili sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper; brush on fillets.
- Broil 6 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, or until fish flakes with a fork. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with onion.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles (any flavor)
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ (16-oz) bottle Asian toasted sesame dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Discard seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Break noodles into small pieces, and spread onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toasted.
- Toss together coleslaw, carrots, oranges, onions, and ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add desired amount of dressing; toss. Serve immediately.
