Cajun-Spiced Burgers
Black Pepper Potato ChipsIngredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 (10.5-oz) bottle remoulade sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef, Creole seasoning, and paprika; shape mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, cook bell pepper, onion, and celery in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until just tender.
- Serve patties on buns with remoulade sauce and vegetable mixture.

- 1 (8.5-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 tsp pepper

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chips are shiny. Sprinkle with pepper.
