Cajun-Spiced Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 (10.5-oz) bottle remoulade sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef, Creole seasoning, and paprika; shape mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bell pepper, onion, and celery in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until just tender.
  3. Serve patties on buns with remoulade sauce and vegetable mixture.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chips are shiny. Sprinkle with pepper.
