Falafel Burgers

Ingredients
- 6 falafel veggie burgers
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare burgers according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt, dill, lemon juice, water, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Spread buns with yogurt sauce; top with burgers and cilantro.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup refrigerated red wine vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
