Creamy Corkscew Pasta with Ham
Toasted Garlic-Rosemary Bread
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg corkscrew pasta
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped cooked ham
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain.
- Heat Alfredo sauce and cream in pasta pot; stir in hot cooked pasta with peas, ham, red pepper, and salt. Divde mixture among 2 plates. Sprinkle with cheese.

- ½ (16-oz) loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Stir together garlic, olive oil, and rosemary; spread over cut sides of bread . Broil until toasted.
