Creamy Corkscew Pasta with Ham

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg corkscrew pasta
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped cooked ham
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain.
  2. Heat Alfredo sauce and cream in pasta pot; stir in hot cooked pasta with peas, ham, red pepper, and salt. Divde mixture among 2 plates. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • ½ (16-oz) loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Stir together garlic, olive oil, and rosemary; spread over cut sides of bread . Broil until toasted.
