Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1½ Tbsp yellow mustard, divided
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 1 (24-count) pkg Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in garlic powder, ketchup, 1 Tbsp mustard, and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown. Serve with additional ketchup.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
  • Ketchup
  • 2 apples
