Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in nuts, syrup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  2. Place fish on a large rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spread nut mixture over fish. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

  • 1½ lb red potatoes, halved
  • 3 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
