Dilly Beef Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill (or use ½ tsp dried dill)
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large cucumber, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together onion, parsley, salt, and garlic in a large bowl. Add beef, and mix well.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Grill patties, covered, 6 to 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  4. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, and vinegar in a medium bowl; stir in cucumber.
  5. Serve sauce on burgers.

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed greens
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss.
