Easy New York Strip Steak

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1¼ lb boneless New York strip steaks

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add steaks to bag; seal and turn bag several times to coat meat. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  3. Remove steaks, discarding marinade. Sprinkle steaks with ¼ tsp salt.
  4. Cook steaks in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes; thinly slice.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¼ cup olive oil 
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss cauliflower with oil and Ranch mix on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
