Easy New York Strip Steak

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1¼ lb boneless New York strip steaks
Instructions
- Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper in a large zip-top plastic bag.
- Add steaks to bag; seal and turn bag several times to coat meat. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Remove steaks, discarding marinade. Sprinkle steaks with ¼ tsp salt.
- Cook steaks in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes; thinly slice.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss cauliflower with oil and Ranch mix on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
