Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ lb deli-sliced ham, diced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Top with ham and cheese.
  2. Whisk together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth and blended. Pour over casserole; stir gently.
  3. Bake 40 minutes.

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt.
