Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ lb deli-sliced ham, diced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Swiss cheese
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Top with ham and cheese.
- Whisk together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth and blended. Pour over casserole; stir gently.
- Bake 40 minutes.

- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt.
