Ground Beef, Asparagus and Basil Stir-Fry
Jasmine Rice and Vegetable Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1½ ground beef
- 1 lb asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes, Stir in basil.

- 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen egg rolls
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare egg rolls according to package directions.
