Turkey Club Wraps
Creamy Broccoli-Kale Slaw
Ingredients
- 6 slices center cut bacon
- ½ lb sliced turkey breast
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 3 (0.6-oz) slices Swiss cheese
- 3 Tbsp Ranch dressing
- 3 soft taco-size low-carb tortillas (such as Mission)
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet until crisp. Drain; crumble bacon.
- Divide bacon, turkey, olives, cheese, and dressing among 3 tortillas; roll up.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw (about 2 cups)
- ½ (5-oz) pkg baby kale (about 1½ cups)
- ½ cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 3 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp honey
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine slaw, kale, and grapes in a bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and salt. Pour over slaw mixture; toss.
