Blueberry-Lemon Granita

Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Process blueberries and lemon juice in a food processor or blender until smooth. Press puree through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a bowl, and discard solids. Stir in water and sugar.
- Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Freeze until solid, about 4 to 6 hours.
- Scrape mixture with a fork until fluffy and resembles shaved ice. Spoon into bowls or cups. Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
