Rocky Road Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1½ cups roasted, salted peanuts
- 1½ cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Microwave chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 30-second intervals, until melted and smooth.
- Fold in nuts and marshmallows. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto waxed paper. Chill 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
