Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tsp yellow mustard, divided
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 1 (12-count) pkg Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in garlic powder, ketchup, 2 tsp mustard, and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
  • Ketchup
  • 1 apple
