Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 lb pork loin chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub oil and lemon-pepper on pork chops.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 (4.7-oz) pkg scalloped potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beans, sugar, melted butter, and garlic powder in a baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.
