Zesty Shrimp-and-Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup butter, melted
- 1¼ lb unpeeled medium-size raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 (0.7-oz) envelope zesty Italian seasoning mix
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together butter, shrimp, broccoli, seasoning mix, and red pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange lemon slices on a large rimmed baking sheet; pour shrimp mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with cheese.
