Zesty Shrimp-and-Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup butter, melted
  • 1¼ lb unpeeled medium-size raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 (0.7-oz) envelope zesty Italian seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together butter, shrimp, broccoli, seasoning mix, and red pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange lemon slices on a large rimmed baking sheet; pour shrimp mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with cheese.
