Sheet Pan Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 (7-oz) bone-in pork chops
- 2 (8-oz) pkg whole baby portobello mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1 lb Broccolini, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together pork, mushrooms, 5 Tbsp oil, garlic, rosemary, and ½ tsp salt in a large bowl.
- Arrange on 2 greased rimmed baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes.
- Drizzle Broccolini with 1 Tbsp oil and ½ tsp salt; toss. Divide between pans. Bake 10 minutes longer or until done.
