Garlic-Herb Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Jerk seasoning
  • 4 (6-oz) cod fillets, thawed and patted dry
  • ½ tsp kosher salt, divided
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub seasoning all over fish; sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt. Place on a baking sheet rubbed with oil.
  2. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Stir together butter, cilantro, and ¼ tsp salt in a small bowl; spoon over warm fish.

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (5.2-oz) pkg creamy garlic-herb spreadable cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook spinach in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Stir in cheese until melted.
