Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine chicken, celery, nuts, onion, mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon juice. Place mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.

- 1½ lb green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place green beans in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Whisk together lemon juice, oil, salt, and garlic powder. Pour over green beans, and toss.
- Bake 10 minutes or until beans are tender and browned.
