Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine chicken, celery, nuts, onion, mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon juice. Place mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with cheese.
  2. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.

  • 1½ lb green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place green beans in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, oil, salt, and garlic powder. Pour over green beans, and toss.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until beans are tender and browned.
