- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (16-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

- Gradually add flour to butter mixture alternately with milk mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture, beating just until blended after each addition. Pour batter into a greased 13- x 9-inch pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Using a wooden skewer, poke holes in cake at ½-inch intervals.

- Slowly pour cream mixture over cake. Cool completely in pan. Spread whipped topping over cake before serving. Store in refrigerator.
