Open-Faced Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches
Mixed Green Salad
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in dressing mix, broth, and sour cream. Cook until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened.
- Preheat broiler. Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place on a baking sheet, and broil until toasted.
- Spoon beef mixture on buns; sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg classic salad mix
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss salad mix with dressing just before serving.
