Easy Barbecue Chicken Kabobs
Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Sweet Peas
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and onion onto bamboo or metal skewers. Sprinkle with paprika; season lightly with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions; stir in sour cream.
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
