Honey-Garlic Chicken
Spicy Roasted Broccoli and Basil Rice
Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen batter-dipped chicken nuggets
- ½ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Bake or fry chicken nuggets according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a saucepan.
- Stir together cold water and cornstarch; add to saucepan, and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until sauce is thickened.
- Place chicken fingers in a large bowl; add honey mixture, and toss to coat chicken.

- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1½ cups long-grain white rice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together broccoli, oil, salt, and red pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until broccoli is browned and tender.
- Cook rice according to package directions; stir in basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
