Buffalo Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3 Tbsp buffalo hot sauce
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- ½ head butter lettuce, separated into leaves
- 2 small avocados, thinly sliced
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, halved
- ½ (5-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp; crumble bacon.
- Toss chicken with hot sauce and vinegar.
- Arrange lettuce, chicken, avocado, eggs, cheese, and bacon on plates; drizzle with dressing.
