Coconut-Almond Sauce Steak
Garlicky BroccoliniIngredients
- ¾ lb skirt steak
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ½ (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Meanwhile, whisk together coconut milk, almond butter, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and red pepper in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is smooth and thoroughly heated. Serve with steak.

- 1 small clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper

- Cook Broccolini and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until just tender; season with salt and pepper.
